If you are not satisfied with your results, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.

• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
• All accessories and charging cables must be included.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mask arrives damaged or has a technical glitch, we will send you a brand new replacement immediately at no extra cost. Just email us a quick video of the issue at support@dermisly.com.
